About Us
Christina Givey, Principal
Christina Givey is an expert in strategy, operations, and continuous improvement with 20 years of advisory and program management experience across the healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit sectors.
As a leader at several boutique consulting firms, she drove quality and safety transformations at the Veterans Health Administration. She has coached senior management at Fannie Mae on implementing tools for efficiency and effectiveness and monitored program quality of an international grant portfolio at Oxfam America.
Based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, she holds a BA from Harvard and MSc from the London School of Economics as well as certifications in project management, human-centered design, and Lean Six Sigma.
